Any Ugandan citizen seeking employment is legible to use this platform. A job-seeker can provide their resume/CV which is then used to match them to relevant jobs. Job-seekers can also view other existing jobs in the platform, apply for jobs, receive job invites from potential employers, receive job application status updates and seek professional career counselling and guidance .
An employer/company can register, post jobs, view and invite matched job seekers, recruit job seekers, and interface with ministry officials in case of any issue.
In addition to being an employer, an Internal Labour Recruitment Company can apply for a new license, apply for renewal of an expired license, pay for a license, request for license extensions and recruit potential employees on behalf of other companies.
Counseling and Guidance is a free service (employer counseling, employment counseling and career guidance) offered by the Ministry of Gender Labour and Social Development (MGLSD) to all Job Seekers and Employers. Book an appointment through the system for a virtual or physical meeting with a C&G officer.
